Utilizing a rice variety grown in Yamagata prefecture (Western Tohoku region) and milled to 55%. This sake is crisp and dry but with a generous, fruit-forward and white blossom aspect, medium body and a light, appealing and zesty finish.

The Tamura Sake Brewery has been brewing sake in the region of Fussa City near Tokyo since the Edo period (1822). Bordered by the lush flood plains of the Tama River, this classic brewery utilizes four different yeasts for their premium pure rice Ginjo sakes, fermenting each tank separately before blending together for the final complex sake.
