Crafted from a rice variety developed and grown in Iwate prefecture (Eastern Tohoku region) and milled to 55%, this sake opens with beautiful light fruit and floral aromas, and carries a unique velvety texture and ends with harmonious, savory ginger spice notes and rich grain with a gentle and nuanced finish.

Tamura Shuzo – Fussa, Tokyo, Japan
The Tamura Sake Brewery has been brewing sake in the region of Fussa City near Tokyo since the Edo period (1822). Bordered by the lush flood plains of the Tama River, this classic brewery utilizes four different yeasts for their premium pure rice Ginjo sakes, fermenting each tank separately before blending together for the final complex sake.
